The elementary school did something different this year. Instead of the parties being held in the classroom and run entirely by the room moms, all of the classes in each grade (at different times) came to the gym and played games, had a simple snack, and took a group photo. It was simple and though I was apprehensive about how well this would work, it was a hit!
Samantha and I were lucky enough to go to 2 parties. She loved being included in the fun!
