Utah Part 2

Peter was able to join us in Utah late Tuesday night.
We decided to spend Wednesday in Salt Lake at Temple Square as a family.
We did a tour of the Conference Center. It is such and amazing building.

We ate lunch at the Nauvoo Cafe in the Joseph Smith Building and it was so yummy!
We then stopped at the Family History Center there and enjoyed some fun kids play area things.  I also saw some very interesting pedigrees.
We visited Deseret Book and bought the kids some CTR (choose the right) rings that is why Jon is holding up his finger in his picture. Visiting the Christus in the Visitors' Center is a must when going to Temple Square.  And to end our visit we went to the Church Hisroty Museum.  There were some fun things to see.  They were just finishing up a new exhibit on 100 Year of Scouting in the Church.  It did not open until Friday so we stopped by on our way home from Bear Lake. They had the original Norman Rockwell Scouting Paintings on display.  These were our favorites:
This was Peter's and I could not decide between the next two.

We had a great day and it was really nice to spend it together as a family.
I have more pictures from our evening activities and from the Church History Museum I will share later.
